Order Process
You can send your file to [email protected] after completing the payment process. 1 piece of design can be printed in at least 10 pieces. Our order representatives will contact you after your order, and send you the print preview file for approval.
You can send your design to [email protected] with *.ai, *.pdf or high quality *.jpeg formats. That's all!

Product Details :

Order Process :
- You can upload your logo or image to be printed on the cloth bag from the file upload area.
- If your print file is not ready yet, you can simply send it to [email protected] with your order number.
- After placing your order, our graphics team will send the visual prepared in PC environment to your email address for your approval. Printing process will continue after we receive your confirmation.
Printing Information :
- Printing area size is 7,5x9 cm. Printing can be done with an additional fee for a larger printing area. Full background printing (for jobs that will cause excessive ink usage beyond standard, using more than 0.5cc of ink) can be done with an additional fee for your orders
- The product prints may vary between Digital Printing, Screen Printing, DTF, or Transfer Printing. The printing supervisor decides on the printing technique according to the quantity and design.
- You can upload and send your designs in formats such as JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPEG, EPS, TIFF, SVG, and similar. If you don't have any design, our team can add your texts and images for you
Production and Delivery Information :
- The production time is 1-3 business days, and delivery usually takes 2-4 business days. You can expect to receive your products within a total of 3-7 business days. These times are not definite and may vary depending on the shipping company and the status of our product inventory. For prints on dark colors, production time is 4-6 business days, and delivery time is 2-4 business days.
- Please try to enter your contact information accurately and completely when placing an order.
- No returns are accepted for custom printed orders. Orders are made specifically for you. Except for manufacturing defects, returns or cancellations are not accepted.
Product Weight / Volume Information :
- One box (60x40x40) can fit 2500 pieces of 10x13 cm pouch bag the weight of the box is 17.50 kg.
Things to pay attention :
- There may be a (+1, -1) cm difference. These measurement differences are normal as the products are handmade.
- It is not suitable for washing. You can clean it by wiping with a damp cloth.
- Since the printed area is fabric, it is normal to have color variations. Since the bag color is beige, it may cause a change in the color of the image. About 90-95% color adjustment can be achieved.
