Order Process :

• You can load your logo or image from the print file download area that will be printed on the kitchen apron.


• If your print is not ready, simply send it to destek@istetisort.com with your order number.


• Once you have created your order, our graphics team will email you a visual on a PC media that has been prepared for your consent via Whatsapp. Once your approval has been received, the printing will continue.

Printing Technique ;

• DTF and Embroidery Technique are in effect.


• Standard Print Area Measurement for DTF is 15x15 cm, Large Print Area Size is 19x19cmc.
  


• Standard Print Area Measurement for EMBROIDERY is 5x12 cm, while Large Print Area Measurement is 10x16cmc.
  


• Your in-embroidery design requires a vector.


• If your designs are not vector, our graphics team will be there to support you.


• Your design will be printed to the extent specified in the template. You can contact us for different print area measurements.


• The average price is calculated based on the number of strokes.


• The Floor Is NOT Printed.


• If your print is not suitable for embroidery, it can be produced as DTF. (Our graphics team will provide you with information).


• CUSTOMER APPROVAL IS ALWAYS RECEIVED BEFORE PRINTING.

Production and Delivery Information :

• 
  DTF Production Time : 2-4 business days, 1-3 business days for your cargo to arrive. In total, your products will be available within 4-6 business days. These times are not certain. Depending on the carrier and the status of our product inventory, the duration may be extended. 


• 
  EMBROIDERED Time : 3-5 business days, 1-3 business days for your shipment to reach. In total, your products will be available within 7-10 business days. These times are not certain. Depending on the carrier and the status of our product inventory, the duration may be extended. 


• Please try to enter your complete contact information when placing your order.


• Your custom printed orders cannot be returned. Orders are made exclusively for you. No return or cancelation except for a manufacturing error.

Wash Instruction :

• Wash at a maximum temperature of 40 °C
  


• Do not use bleach


• Don't do tanburn drying


• 
  Iron over a light heat


• Dry cleaning is not permitted


• It is recommended to follow the wash instructions for long-life use of the products.
