Order Process :

• You can load your logo or image from the print file download area that will be printed on the polar shawl.
• If your print is not ready yet, simply send it to info@pamusan.com with your order number.
• Once you have created your order, our graphics team will then be communicated to your specific email address or phone in a PC environment to obtain your consent. Once your approval has been received, the printing will continue.

Print Information :

• The maximum print area measurement for a polar scarf is 10x10 cm. Printing can be done at additional cost for a larger print area. Full floor printing (using up to 0.5cc paint) can be printed at additional cost for your work. You can also get support from our account representatives to ensure that your design is full floor.
• The product is being embroidered with a printing technique. 
• You can transmit your designs in JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and so on. In the event that no design is available, our team can add your text and images for you.

Production and Delivery Information :

• Production time : 2-4 business days, 3-5 business days for your cargo to arrive. In total, your products will be available within 4-6 business days. These times are not certain. Depending on the carrier and the status of our product inventory, the duration may be extended. Production time on dark-colored prints is 4-6 business days, shipping time is 2-4 business days.
• Please try to enter your complete contact information when placing your order.
• Your custom printed orders cannot be returned. Orders are made exclusively for you. No return or cancelation except for a manufacturing error.

Wash Instruction :

• Wash at maximum temperature of 30-40°C
• Do not use bleach
• Don't do tanburn drying
• Iron over a light heat
• Dry cleaning is not permitted
• It is recommended to follow the wash instructions for long-life use of the products.
