Order Process :

• You can load your logo or image from the print file download area that will be printed on the apron.


• If your print is not ready yet, simply send it to info@pamusan.com with your order number.


• Once you have created your order, our graphics team will then be communicated to your specific email address or phone in a PC environment to obtain your consent. Once your confirmation has been received, the print will continue

Print Information :

• 
  For the apron ; the maximum print area size is 10x10 cm. Print is available at additional charge for a larger print area. Full floor printing (using up to 0.5cc paint) can be printed at additional cost for your work. You can receive support from our account representatives to ensure your design is full floor.


• Product prints are changed to digital printing, serigraphic, dtf, or transfer printing. The Principal decides on the technique of custom and design. Get information from our agents if you specifically want a print type.


• You can submit your designs in JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and other formats. In the event that there are no designs, our team can add your type and pictures for you.

Production and Delivery Information :

• 
  Production time : 1-3 business days, 2-4 business days for your cargo to arrive. In total, your products will be available within 3-7 business days. These times are not certain. Depending on the carrier and the status of our product inventory, the duration may be extended.

• No return or cancelation except for a manufacturing error.

• There may be small differences in size since the products are hand-held.


• Body measurements (+-1/2cm ) can vary by production.

Wash Instruction :

• 
  Alpaca fabric properties : 1.30-40° washing away from using quality cloth, may cause pull, distortion, or color problems.


• Alpaca cloth does not wrinkle easily 


• There are no allergic effects


• You don't get an itch


• It's pretty easy to clean


• Knitting density is high


• It has porous breathing tissue


• It is recommended to follow the wash instructions for long-life use of the products.
