Current processing time is 1-3 days.
Washing Process
Our products are made of cotton and may shrink. Hand wash in cold water. Iron while still damp. 5-10% shrinkage is normal due to the cotton material.
Note
There may be a (+1, -1) cm difference. These measurement differences are normal as the products are handmade.
Returns
As each item is custom-printed, returns cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty.

I ordered 10ish bags for as a gift for my team when we finished a big project. The graphic I sent in printed perfectly and with great detail. My only fear is how the printing will hold up over time since it is so detailed. Maybe scotch guard or something would help it out. I believe the seller even removed a stray artifact from the file that I only discovered after I sent it in! Shipped to the U.S. surprisingly fast.
