Order Process :

• You can load your logo or image from the print file download area that will be printed on Clutch


• If your print file is not ready yet, simply send it to destek@istepromosyon.com with your order number


• Once you have created your order, our graphics team will then be communicated to your specific email address or phone in a PC environment to obtain your consent. Once your confirmation has been received, the print will continue

Print Information :

• 
  For Clutch ; the maximum print area size is 20x11.5 cm. Print is available at additional charge for a larger print area. Full floor printing (using up to 0.5cc paint) can be printed at additional cost for your work. You can receive support from our account representatives to ensure your design is full floor.


• Product prints are changed to digital printing, serigraphic, dtf, or transfer printing. The Principal decides on the technique of custom and design. Get information from our agents if you specifically want a print type.


• You can submit your designs in JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and other formats. In the event that there are no designs, our team can add your type and pictures for you.

Production and Delivery Information :

• 
  Production time : 1-3 business days, 2-4 business days for your cargo to arrive. In total, your products will be available within 3-7 business days. These times are not certain. Depending on the carrier and the status of our product inventory, the duration may be extended. Production time on dark-colored prints is 4-6 business days, shipping time is 2-4 business days.

• Your custom printed orders cannot be returned. Orders are made exclusively for you. No return or cancelation except for a manufacturing error.

Cautions :

• There may be small differences in size since the products are hand-held.


• It is not suitable for washing. Cleaning can be done by wiping with wet cloth.


• Since the printed area is cloth, it is normal to have color changes. It cannot possibly hold an exact color. Ground is a beige color, which can cause a change in the color of the visual. Can be adjusted to 90-95% color. Your next orders will show deviations in color due to the tonal and printing press settings.
