After you have ordered the products, please send us your desired print (image, text, slogan, etc.) via our message system and we will get back to you with a digital confirmation for your verification. Once approved, we will get it printed and posted out as soon as possible. We are unable to provide graphic design services but if you just want text, then this can be sorted out for you. If there are any problems, we are happy to help, so please get in touch.

PRODUCTION TIME:
Current processing time is 1-3 days.

WASHING PROCESS: Our product cannot be washed.

NOTE: There may be a (+1, -1) cm difference. These measurement differences are normal as the products are handmade.

RETURNS: As each item is a custom print product, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns unless the item was supplied faulty.
