Product Details:

• Dimensions: 10"W x 14"H (25 cm x 35 cm) 
• Material: 100% natural raw cotton, 140 gsm fabric.

Order Process:

1. Upload Your Design: You can upload your logo or image for printing through the file upload area. If your design is not ready, email it to info@pamusan.com along with your order number.
2. Approval: After placing your order, our graphics team will send a digital proof for approval. Printing will proceed once you confirm the design.
3. Printing Information:
   • Standard Printing Area: 20.5x28 cm.
   • Additional Printing: Larger areas or full background printing are available for an extra fee. Various printing techniques such as Digital Printing, Screen Printing, DTF, or Transfer Printing will be used based on quantity and design.
   • File Formats: Acceptable formats include JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPEG, EPS, TIFF, SVG. If you don’t have a design, our team can assist with text and images.

Production and Delivery:

• Production Time: 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes an additional 2-4 business days. Expect total delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on shipping and inventory.
• For Dark Colors: Production may take 4-6 business days, with delivery in 2-4 business days.

Important Notes:

• Returns: No returns are accepted for custom printed orders except for manufacturing defects.
• Cleaning: The bag is not suitable for washing. Clean with a damp cloth.
• Color Variations: Color adjustment may vary slightly due to the fabric color and printing process.

Packaging Information:

• One box (60x40x40 cm) can fit 300 pieces of 35x40 cm bags. Box weight is 24.30 kg.
