  • Size: 9" x 5" x 2" (23 x 13 x 5 cm)
  • Material: 100% natural cotton canvas, 320 g/m², unbleached raw color
  • Gusset: 5 cm base depth, so the pouch stands up and keeps its shape when filled
  • Zipper: metal star-shaped zipper pull with a smooth slider
  • Interior: unlined, lightweight and quick to wipe clean
  • Wrist strap: fabric loop at the top corner, so the pouch can be carried in hand
  • Construction: reinforced seams for repeated daily use
  • Print: full-color custom print on the front panel

  • Accepted files: JPG, PNG, AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, TIFF and SVG. No design file? Send your text and images and we set the artwork for you.

Production Time

Current processing time: 1–3 business days.

Washing Process

Cold hand wash recommended. Cotton may shrink slightly; do not machine wash or tumble dry, as the print may crack.

Note

Because every pouch is cut and sewn by hand, there may be a ±1 cm size difference. This is normal and not a defect.

Returns

As each item is custom printed to your order, returns are only accepted if the product arrives faulty or damaged.

You can place an order for a customized tote bag directly on our website. Simply choose the tote bag style you prefer, select your customization options (such as color, design, and text), and add the item to your cart.

You can upload your logo or design file during checkout. If you prefer, you can also email your design to info@pamusan.com after placing the order. Our team will review your file and confirm the design before production.

The production time for customized tote bags is typically 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
