Washing Process
Our products are made of cotton, therefore they may shrink in the washing process. Cold hand wash recommended.
Note
There may be a (+1, -1) cm difference. These measurement differences are normal as the products are handmade.
Handmade Placement Tolerance
Every item is handmade. Your design is positioned and applied by hand, so small variations are a natural part of handmade production. Placement is measured from the center of the design. It may shift up to 0.4 mm (0.016 in) in any direction and turn up to 2°. Variations within this range are normal and are not considered defects. If your item is outside this range, contact us and we'll make it right.
Returns
For printed orders the minimum order quantity applies per design; for example, if the minimum is 10, a single design is printed in at least 10 units — a 10-piece order cannot be split into 10 different designs, as each additional design increases production cost.
Taxes & Shipping
All products are shipped from Turkey via FedEx. All taxes and duties are included in the price — you will not pay any extra fees upon delivery.

These bags came out fantastic. They are great quality, perfect size, and the way they print onto the canvas looks very high end. We bought them to use as gift bags for a friend's bday in a villa in the DR so we wanted something really nice and they were a hit. They also arrived very quickly once we placed the order. Highly recommend!

The tote bags arrived right on time, and the material quality is excellent—exactly as I had envisioned! While the size is slightly smaller than I originally expected, overall they turned out fantastic. A special shoutout to the team for successfully delivering to our address and unit despite some missing details on the label! They even included a super cute gift all the way from Istanbul, Turkey, which was such a thoughtful touch. We really appreciate it! Highly recommend!
