The production time for customized tote bags is typically 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Yes! For every order, we provide adesign previewand send it to you for approval before production begins.

If you would like to see a previewbefore placing an order, you can email us your desired design atinfo@pamusan.com, and our team will be happy to share a sample preview.
