  • As the products are handmade, slight variations in size may occur.
  • Not suitable for washing. For cleaning, gently wipe with a damp cloth only.

As these are handmade items, ±1 cm size variation is normal.

Handmade Placement Tolerance

Every item is handmade. Your design is positioned and applied by hand, so small variations are a natural part of handmade production. Placement is measured from the center of the design. It may shift up to 0.4 mm (0.016 in) in any direction and turn up to 2°. Variations within this range are normal and are not considered defects. If your item is outside this range, contact us and we'll make it right.

Returns

As each pouch is custom printed, returns are not accepted. Returns only possible if the item was supplied faulty.

For printed orders the minimum order quantity applies per design; for example, if the minimum is 10, a single design is printed in at least 10 units — a 10-piece order cannot be split into 10 different designs, as each additional design increases production cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Yes! For every order, we provide adesign previewand send it to you for approval before production begins.
