  • As each bag is handmade, minor variations such as ±1 cm in measurements are considered normal.

Handmade Placement Tolerance

Every item is handmade. Your design is positioned and applied by hand, so small variations are a natural part of handmade production. Placement is measured from the center of the design. It may shift up to 0.4 mm (0.016 in) in any direction and turn up to 2°. Variations within this range are normal and are not considered defects. If your item is outside this range, contact us and we'll make it right.

Returns

  • As each item is a custom print product, unfortunately we cannot accept returns unless the item was supplied faulty.

For printed orders the minimum order quantity applies per design; for example, if the minimum is 10, a single design is printed in at least 10 units — a 10-piece order cannot be split into 10 different designs, as each additional design increases production cost.

All products are shipped from Turkey via FedEx. All taxes and duties are included in the price — you will not pay any extra fees upon delivery.
