Order Process:
- You can upload your logo or design file for printing via the upload area.
- After placing your order, our graphic team will send a digital proof to your email or WhatsApp for approval. Printing will proceed once you approve the design.
Printing Information:
- Maximum print area on the apron is 14x14 cm. Larger print areas are available for an additional fee. Full-color background prints (jobs requiring more than 0.5 cc of ink) are also available for an extra charge. For assistance in determining if your design requires a full-color background, please contact our customer representatives.
- Printing methods include digital printing, screen printing, DTF, or transfer printing. The printing technique will be chosen based on the quantity and design. If you have a preferred printing method, please inquire with our representatives.
- Designs can be submitted in JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and similar formats. If you don't have a design, our team can add text and images for you.
Production and Delivery Information:
- Production time: 2-4 business days; shipping time: 3-5 business days. Total delivery time is approximately 4-6 business days. These times are approximate and may vary based on courier services and stock availability.
- For dark-colored prints, production time is 4-6 business days, with a shipping time of 2-4 business days.

- Customized printed orders are non-returnable. Orders are made specifically for you. Returns or cancellations are not accepted except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Washing Instructions:
- Wash at a maximum temperature of 40 °C
- Do not use bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron at a low temperature
- Do not dry clean
- For long-lasting use, follow the washing instructions.
