Washing Process

Our products are made of cotton, therefore they may shrink in the washing process. Cold hand wash recommended.

Handmade Placement Tolerance

Every item is handmade. Your design is positioned and applied by hand, so small variations are a natural part of handmade production. Placement is measured from the center of the design. It may shift up to 0.4 mm (0.016 in) in any direction and turn up to 2°. Variations within this range are normal and are not considered defects. If your item is outside this range, contact us and we'll make it right.

Returns

As each item is a custom print product, returns are not accepted (except for manufacturing defects).

For printed orders the minimum order quantity applies per design; for example, if the minimum is 10, a single design is printed in at least 10 units — a 10-piece order cannot be split into 10 different designs, as each additional design increases production cost.

The production time for customized tote bags is typically 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Yes! For every order, we provide adesign previewand send it to you for approval before production begins.
