Returns

As each item is a custom print product, returns are only accepted if the item arrives faulty.

For printed orders the minimum order quantity applies per design; for example, if the minimum is 10, a single design is printed in at least 10 units — a 10-piece order cannot be split into 10 different designs, as each additional design increases production cost.

All products are shipped from Turkey via FedEx. All taxes and duties are included in the price — you will not pay any extra fees upon delivery.

You can upload your logo or design file during checkout. If you prefer, you can also email your design to info@pamusan.com after placing the order. Our team will review your file and confirm the design before production.

The production time for customized tote bags is typically 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
