Order Process:
- Upload your logo or design file for printing through the upload area.
- After placing your order, our graphic team will send a digital proof to your email or WhatsApp for approval. Printing will proceed once you approve the design.
Printing Information:
- Maximum print area on the apron is 15x15 cm. Larger print areas are available for an additional fee. Full-color background prints (requiring more than 0.5 cc of ink) are also available for an extra charge. For assistance in determining if your design requires a full-color background, please contact our customer representatives.
- Printing methods include digital printing, screen printing, DTF, or transfer printing. The printing technique will be chosen based on quantity and design. If you have a preferred printing method, please inquire with our representatives.
- Designs can be submitted in JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and similar formats. If you don't have a design, our team can add text and images for you.
Production and Delivery Information:
- Production time: 2-4 business days; shipping time: 3-5 business days. Total delivery time is approximately 4-6 business days. These times are approximate and may vary based on courier services and stock availability.
- For dark-colored prints, production time is 4-6 business days, with a shipping time of 2-4 business days.
- Please ensure your contact information is complete when placing an order.
- Customized printed orders are non-returnable. Orders are made specifically for you. Returns or cancellations are not accepted except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Important Notes:
- Since printing is done on fabric, color variations are normal. Exact color matching is not possible. The green base fabric may cause changes in the printed color. Colors can be adjusted 90-95%. Subsequent orders may have color variations due to fabric tone and printing machine settings.
Washing Instructions:
- Wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C
- Do not use bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron at a low temperature
- Do not dry clean
- For long-lasting use, follow the washing instructions.
