Lead Time

At Pamusan Natural Tekstil, we understand that timely delivery is crucial for our customers. That's why we make every effort to ensure that our products reach you as soon as possible.

Our standard production time for non-customized products is 1-3 days from the time of order. For customized products, such as those with logos or other special designs, the production time is 2-5 days. Shipping time for all orders is 4-6 days for USA, UK, and EU regions. However, during peak seasons such as New Year and holidays, there may be additional 1-2 days delay.

We also provide tracking numbers for all of our orders so that you can stay informed about the status of your delivery. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact our customer service representatives for assistance.
